About Custavox
Your customers are speaking, but are you listening?
Custavox exists because feedback that doesn't reach a person who can act on it isn't insight. It's just noise sitting in a spreadsheet.
What we believe about customer experience
A review, a complaint, a survey response: none of it means anything until it’s tied to a place, a person, or a process. Most banks and credit unions collect plenty of feedback. What they’re missing isn’t more of it. It’s a way to know which branch, which team, which handoff it actually points back to.
We also don’t think AI should replace the relationship. If anything, the more automated banking gets, the more customers notice the moments where a human either showed up or didn’t. Custavox isn’t here to script that human moment away. It’s here to make sure leadership knows, every week, where that moment is going well and where it’s quietly falling apart.
Feedback should always land somewhere. A person, a fix, a follow-up. Not a folder.
Why we built this
Every bank and credit union needs someone whose whole job is the customer experience: reading everything that comes in, tracing it back to its source, and turning it into a plan the team can actually act on. Most institutions under $1B AUM can’t justify that hire.
Custavox does that job instead. It reads every review, survey, and complaint, attributes it to the branch, team, or system responsible, and turns it into next steps, without a new headcount or a quarter-long search.
About the founder

Custavox was founded by Kyle Coogler, who has spent his career doing one version of the same job: walking into organizations with more ambiguity than structure and building the systems, training, and infrastructure they end up running on.
That’s shown up as CRM architecture, workforce platforms scaling into the tens of thousands of users, coaching programs built for hundreds of employees at a time, and AI-driven automation that’s eliminated thousands of hours of manual work. Along the way, one pattern kept repeating: the organizations that listened closest to their customers were the ones that grew, and almost none of them had a real system for doing it.
Custavox is Kyle building that system, so more institutions can have it without needing to build it themselves.
